Ingram Barge Company
For a summer internship, I worked with Ingram Barge Company’s communications team as a graphic designer and photographer. My responsibilities included flier design, creating digital graphics, making recruitment ads, and helping photograph and edit images to be used by Ingram.
While at Ingram, I worked on various design projects that consisted of event flyers, recruitment ads, helped in redesigning their Introduction to Ingram presentation, a barge industry infographic, and even got to design a t-shirt for their Paducah office’s Dragon Boat Race team!
Design Work
I also worked as a temporary photographer for Ingram’s communications team. This included me going out into Ingram’s fleets and even riding along on a couple of towboats to photograph the towboats’ crews working and accurately catching the towboater job and lifestyle.
